Providing Solutions for Your Home Efficiency & Comfort Needs

Which rebates apply to your home?

The incentives available for a heat pump upgrade depend on which utility provides your electricity. Find your provider below to see what your home may qualify for. Not every rebate can be combined, so the right one depends on your home and your household income.

Not sure which utility serves you? Your electric bill will name your provider.

Eastside Homeowners — PSE Territory

Upgrade to a high-efficiency electric heat pump & save

Up to $4,000 in PSE rebates

The standard PSE space-heating rebate is $1,500. Income-qualified households may receive $2,400 through Efficiency Boost instead of the $1,500 — these amounts do not stack. The $4,000 figure is available only through PSE’s electrification rebate for moderate-income customers converting from gas heating to an all-electric heat pump.

Find the rebate that fits

  • 1PSE heat pump rebate — $1,500 when you replace electric-resistance heating with a qualifying air-source heat pump.
  • 2PSE Efficiency Boost — $2,400 for income-qualified households, in place of (not in addition to) the $1,500 standard rebate.
  • 3Manufactured homes — $2,400 for qualifying manufactured-home installations. Does not combine with the standard or Efficiency Boost rebate.
  • 4Electrification rebate — up to $4,000 for moderate-income customers fuel-switching from gas heating to an all-electric heat pump.
  • 5Mitsubishi Electric incentives — manufacturer rebates on qualifying systems.
